Just A Short Question
Do I have to be in person to the trail if I have a representative (say a lawyer)? I have tests those are important to me and the court is set 700Km away from the place I lived (l live in Ontario and the court is located in Ontario as well).

You don't have to appear in person if you have a representative there for you.
