Can someone please tell me if I should fight this ticket or just pay for it... I was driving on a 100km/h highway (2 lanes one way) and I was doing around 110, and when I was starting to roll up behind a truck at a fair distance away I pulled into the left lane to overtake and speed up another 10km/h to overtake, and right when I was about to start overtaking the truck a hidden cop on the side of the road turns on his lights and pulls me over, charging me for speeding at 120 km/h for only 95$... would it be best to just pay off the ticket or bring it to court due to the situation that I was in???
