Speeding And Aerial Survellance

Unread post by PaulinCanada »

Hi guys

Would anyone with some knowledge of speed enforcement techniques and prosecution care to discuss the strengths and shortcomings of aerial speed prosecution...i.e. what are the potential holes in the prosecutions case of using an aircraft and how would a defendant best exploit them...

I am potentially representing an out-of-town friend and while happy to deal with laser/radar cases, I have little knowledge of how these cases are prosecuted and as I said, don't know what areas cause problems for the Crown in attempting to prove their case...

This happened on the 400, southbound, south of Cookstown, several months ago....

Thanks in advance for any assistance.
