“35km/h Over On Hwy403. But Dated 2012 Instead Of 2013”

Hi, everyone

Last night, I've been pulled over on HWY 403 Westbound for going 35km/h over in 100km/h zone.

However, I've got dated 2012 instead of 2013 for year.

I'm wondering if I can go to a trial and get this ticket disqualified?

If that is not possible, any alternatives to reducing the penalty?

(such as seeing paralegal assistance, or meeting with a prosecutor to reduce the speed, reduce the fine since I'm a student, etc)
