Officer Alters Notes
I just received my disclosure for an amber light ticket I received in April. The police officer's notes have been altered, and there are several key changes from the notes I read at my First Attendance meeting.
1. Are police officers allowed to alter their notes a few months after they originally issue a ticket?
2. What should my next step be, and how would I argue this in court?
All advice appreciated, please do not delete this topic.
