The cop was not looking at the same light as me, he was in front of me on the opposite side so therefore he wasn't looking at the same light as me, therefore my light could've been yellow and his could've been red.

Unless he tested the lights (which I'm sure he didn't)?

There's already another thread discussing the details of your charge. I've already had to delete another thread you created somewhere else regarding the same offense.

Since it seems you've been able to find a handful of individuals to help you out, there's no need for two threads at this point.
