“Street Hockey And Other Games On The Road”

I tried doing a search but didn't turn up anything on this topic.

I've recently read numerous newspaper articles that say the Ontario Highway Traffic Act forbids the playing of games like street hockey on the roadway. I can't seem to find the actual section in the OHTA that discusses the topic though. Can anyone point me to the correct section?
