Damn man they charged me over a ticket and they made me pay for the court as well, at other lawyer etc, they only charge me at once. Guess what they did not win the ticket and they made me waste my time, i should go to court by myself, *EDIT* shitty business with Xcopper ! avoid these guys......

Yes unfortunately there are many "bad" paralegals out there that will just take your money and you will still end up getting charged! You are better to put the time into learning how the system works for yourself.

sometimes it depends on the ticket for example, I got a speed ticket, decided to go to resolution, got it reduced, still got points, but I only had to pay the fine. (obviously got help from here) And as most folks will tell you, some firms will only do the same thing that you can do anyway so for example, you STILL have to pay the fine anyway, the COST of para. is there time and time is expensive, like anything there "IS NO MAGIC" and "NO GUARANTEE"
