I've been charged with Young Driver BAC Above Zero (Sect. 44.1(5)) and was also going to be charged with a criminal charge of Over 80, but the crown dismissed the case. My lawyer suggested that I should fight the BAC Above zero ticket as well so I sent it in before knowing about the Over 80 charge b...
