Trying to flee an accident scene where a police officer was involved is even more stupid.

I have filed my section 7 application ... will let you guys know how that goes.

I am looking at the Offence Notice and under the "print name" section he has put only 4 letters "PC . ."
I assume this to mean Police Constable and maybe his two initials (maybe it's his unit's initials, don't know)? Is this OK, not to have the officer's name on the ...

I understand how an incompetent and malignant person can cause problems when becoming a cop but what I don't understand is why are they getting away with it!
If the problems with these London cops are so known that people are protesting on the streets, why is nothing being done?

I am getting ready to file a Section 7 stay this week and was wondering if the Factum is a must to file?
I am quite unclear regarding this document and seems quite complicated to prepare.

Am I able to file a valid Section 7 stay including only the Affidavit and Form 4F?

A couple of months ago someone nearly T-boned me while I was making a left turn. Saved by a few cm's. :shock: The guy ran a red light and didn't even try to change lanes or slow down, quite the contrary sped up.

I was left wondering where was that cop that gave me the amber light ticket when people who deserve more than tickets are on the streets ...

If you received a notice to appear in court, there should be a phone number included there. Call them up and ask for the prosecutor's fax number to request disclore etc. That's what I did.

If there is no phone number, google the address that appears on your notice, you will stumble upon a phone number you can call to request the prosecutor's fax.

Even after having his notes I don't know exactly where he was positioned when he allegedly saw me run the light. Without knowing his exact position, how am I supposed to challenge his "visibility" without positioning myself where he was and see for myself whether his statements are correct. :shock:

You've stated "the officer's point form notes". Does that mean he typed them out for you but did not explain the abbreviations or was it hand written? If you have made 4 disclosure requests and still have not received everything you asked for then you can go ahead and apply for a stay at least 20 days in advance of the trial.
