Re: ADVICE NEEDED! I was not even speeding!
Which is to say, the court will always side with the police, unless evidentiary requirements (Crossed T's and Dotted I's) are not met.

Police would never lie
You clearly were travelling 110.
Best bet is to pay the ticket and man up.

Re: Question about Part 6 Equipment - 62(1)
Ask the Officer from what distance you were observed.
If the answer is greater than 150 meters then you have won. (Not really though ) (As your lights must be on 30+/- of dawn and dusk)

persons and vehicles on the highway are not clearly discernible at a distance of 150 metres

Re: Advice Needed on 68km/hr in a 50km/h Zone - Disclosure I
You must attack the Constitutionality of Speed Limits. Liberty is the victim in these cases. Fundamental Justice(Natural Law) as described within the Charter of Rights and Freedoms gives no option for Bias to occur, wherein making laws to limit Liberty is sought. The bias lies upon the shoulders of ...

Re: 149 in 100 zone + no valid licence plate sticker
Speed limits not set by scientific data are an affront to Liberty as defined within the Constitution :) Many roads have critical curve speed well above posted limits.(URL) Larkin described how Kovach was travelling at 115 kilometres per hour when her cruiser spun out  just one kilometr...

Re: Disobey Stop Sign - Fail to Stop
I'd venture to bring some pictures of the intersection clearly showing that no stop sign exists there. Seems pretty reasonable that you cannot be found guilty of an impossibility.

Re: "29" over
Well, that's what you get for pacing 150m behind an OPP SUV. They travel in packs apparently. Guess I'll just pay the fine :) TicketDefenders quoted me 350, which would pretty much just be $500 all said and done. I don't see how they could possibly get me off. How long does the Officer have to input...

"29" over
Hello there, I received a ticket a few days ago, for "79" (looks a lot like a 5, see image) in a 50. I was wondering why there are two different set fine amounts? Ontario Courts say 3.75/km, the HTA says 4.5/km for 20-30? Why the duplicity? Which is correct? I was under the assumption that...
