No, just wait. Then request a disclosure. Maybe the letter will never come. It happened to me before and i never seen anything related to this ticket again, clean MTO record.
I also heard that it is possible to transfer a ticket somehow, anyone knows?

Re: Fighting speeding ticket, no discloure, Form 4F denied
ok, thank you. I understand now. I just thought that the form comes into action as soon as it is prosecution's fault into delaying the matter, and if it is past a certain time it becomes eligible. well, in anyways at least this form allows for the proper conversation between the parties and the JP g...

Re: Odd Failure to Remain
It is true that the charge is serious, i think it is 7 points? i am not sure. but nobody is dying. I am not there to make deals with prosecution, as for me i go all the way and appeal the courts decision. look i am talking about technicalities of the court, i am not talking about the case itself. i ...

Re: Got $40 Speed ticket, can my insurance rate increase?
Well did you get convicted of it? or its still standing? and besides you never have to tell anybody about your convictions. you have a right not to incriminate yourself. if for example, the broker or in this instance anyone, asks you if you have any convictions you say "none that i can recall&q...

Re: Fighting speeding ticket, no discloure, Form 4F denied
Thank you for your replies. These are the dates. Offence date september 10, 2010 First trial date February 17, 2011 (resceduled it myself, filed a motion) Resceduled date June 17, 2011 (forced adjournment due to lack of disclosure "prosecution's fault", was issued disclosure in the court) ...

Re: Help with 2 Tickets Please
do not request diclosure earlier than 4 weeks before trial, because you might actually get it. but 4 weeks is just enough for the prosecution to give you the disclosure. 14 days prior fill out the for 4f 11b (faxing is just fine) but argue in the court the post delay first. then the disclosure. alwa...

Fighting speeding ticket, no discloure, Form 4F denied
Intro: Speeding ticket 21km/h over. General Argument: it is a mistake by an officer. wrong reading etc. i can elaborate on this later. Current Argument: Form 4F was denied by the JP. Ok, so this is what happened. I resceduled a date once with motion, got another date. Filled out the request for disc...

Re: Odd Failure to Remain
Ok. Lets put it this way. it is no fun to go to a court until you start talking to them like people. though they are figures of authority, but it does not let them to to step all over you just because they think they can do that. I will help you because, i believe your own damage to your car is your...

Re: Got $40 Speed ticket, can my insurance rate increase?
This depends on your insurance company and the previous convictions. It may or it may not. Try this insurance company Johnson Insurance Inc. i think thats the name, just don't want to go to a car right now. they are really good even with couple of tickets. I am not advertising just passing on the in...
