My initial speed was 110km in an 80km zone. The ticket was dropped to 99km in an 80km at the roadside. This is my first speeding ticket.
I have just received my trial date, would it be reasonable for me to call the prosecutor and ask to have the ticket dropped to 95km?

If I request a trial and check off the challenge evidence box, will I still have the chance to plead guilty, after viewing my disclosure, without facing any risk of my ticket being amended back to the full amount?
