Re: Paralegal/Lawyer Suggestions
Zappa, I have tried him once and fired him mid case. I use MG Legal Services. They are a smaller firm, but at least you can build a relationship with them, and know whose going to be helping you. Its a really personalized approach. www.mglegalservices.com

Re: Hitting lamp post and fail to report
These are some pretty serious charges. You may want to talk to a legal professional before making a decision. If you don't want to wait until Monday to get a hold of someone, I know that my paralegal is open 7 days a week. Its mg legal services. I don't have the card around me, or else I would provide there number.

Re: Speed sign placement requirement/regulation
There is no requirement for a sign to be a certain distance from the intersection, as it would be near to impossible to enforce, as the road is prolonged through the intersection.
But they do get specific about how big the signs have to be and the distance from the street.

It really comes down to your insurance company. I found this short blog on the website of a company that I have used, it explained stunt driving a little more: http://www.mglegalservices.com/#!Stunt- ... 0269b14c7b.

Re: Paralegal recommendation
I used a company called Mg legal services. They got my charged dropped completely. I don't know whats the background with your charge but they did a good job. They did take a little while (with adjournments) but it was a flat fee and at the end it all worked out. That's who I suggest. Im pretty sure they deal with all of Ontario, you might want to give them a call.
