Thanks for all the advice-Considering everything I think I will go to the court and show what took place - I think any notification of trial ect would not be sent to me as it is not me on the face of the ticket and do not want to risk conviction on my ticket if it was issued. Thanks Stanton- I think you are right about getting the tickets mixed up-both this one and the one I was supposed to get were for 15 over. I will check with court office-officer has 7 days to file ticket-correct?

The name,address ,Drivers Licence # are all incorrect-just wondering if officer punched in wrong DL would that generate the entire print out to be wrong or does he imput all the info-name ect. Thanks

Got a speeding charge 75 in 60 Officer stated in notes she paced me over 120 km/hr for 200 m.
