The offence says "Speeding - Provincial Park - More than 40km/h", and the reference is to the H.T.A. Reg 620 2(c) which is the provincial park speeding regulations. Just the fine it is then.

Good afternoon I was recently charged with speeding in a provincial park zone. The officer told me that it dosent matter how fast I was going in a provincial park, since the fine is exactly the same ($100), and it comes with no demerit points.
