Re: Two tickets one not signed picture attached
Speeding isn't section 120, it's section 128.

Re: STUNT DRIVING 183 in 70 KM - Was NOT speeding
I'm confused, you were charged with Stunt Driving? So you were charged by way of a roadside issued summons? If I'm not mistaken an officers name isn't even on a roadside issued Summons, just a badge number at the bottom. Whereas a Part I ticket has the name right at the top.

Re: Received Disclosure, couple questions.
Martin is the officers last name. You can see it at the top of your ticket, J. Martin and again on the Trial Notice, handwritten above the prosecutor check box.

Was going to pint out that there is a 'R' code in the code box indicating that it was 'R'educed at the roadside and that the notes indicate a clocked speed of 141km/h but you got ticket for 120km/h and that it's possible the prosecutor would seek to amend the ticket up to the full speed. But I also ...

Re: Visiting Ontario with ignition interlock restriction in
If you received a conditional discharge for dangerous operation you were in fact charged under the Criminal Code. Driving without an interlock in Ontario could in fact net you a Drive Disqualified charge or depending on your conditional discharge, reactivate that sentencing.

Not familiar with the administration side of it with Service Ontario but yes you can get a temp permit for a trailer. It gets displayed on the windshield of the towing vehicle.

Re: Motorcycle noise by-law
You are not looking at s82 fully. The sections regarding notice (in the prescribed form) only apply to inspection requirements to the owner for reporting to another location after the fact. The driver (at the time of the stop) is required to follow the officer to any appropriate area and submit to t...

Re: Charged driven off road vehicle on highway
You are misled a little. There is a general definition of off-road vehicle which includes many types of vehicles such as ATVs, Dirt Bikes, Argos, Side by Sides (aka UTVs) Dune Buggies etc. Regulation 316/03 permits specifically ATVs (a typical "quad") on designated roadways. Tweed By-Law 2...

The extra copy is no big deal. My question is whether you typo'd the section wrong or not. Does it actually say 32(2)?

Re: Damaged motorcycle plate replacement?
On the spot, no you wouldn't be issued the same numbers. If you are so attached to those numbers you can pay to convert those set of numbers to a personalized plate. As was mentioned you would then be issued a "loaner" plate while a new one was punched out in your numbers.

Not being familiar with the fire access roads it would come down to if they are considered a highway. If so you'd be looking at $110.
Section 2 of Regulation 316/03. You can look it up on E-laws if you like.

Re: I got pulled over but did not get a ticket
Perhaps your suspension was still "new" and had not yet become deemed served? Ie only a few days old and you had not yet been served personally or by mail. In that circumstance the licence would be seized but no charge laid. Only way to know for sure is to track the officer down and ask th...
