I was driving down the highway, and 2 cars infront of me came to a stop. The car infront of me slammed on its brakes and unfortunately i eneded up rear ending that car into the first one. I believe the car in front of me got charged too, I am not sure with what though as I am still waiting on a poli...

I was charged with careless driving, but the officer wrote down my fathers first name on the ticket instead of my own. (we have completely different first names) The rest of the ticket has my own drivers license and date of birth. Is this ticket voided? if so, how do I go about getting it thrown out...
