What is the effect (if any) of the alleged excessive speed not stated on the summon?
I received a ticket for alleged stunt driving - excessive speed. Although the cop told me at the time that i was doing 140 at a 80 zone, the speed was not written on the ticket. He said his radar and GPS showed the speed, he did not show it to me. My car was impounded.
Is the ticket valid without the alleged speed written on it?
