I've requested a disclosure package for the audio recording, but haven't received that yet. I've also requested an interpreter. Is there anyone who can help me on how to fight this traffic ticket trial myself?
Thanks

Speeding Ticket for 89 km/h in 60 km/hr zone
I'm going for a trial on April 28, 2015 for a speeding ticket for 89 km/hr. in a 60 km/hr. zone. I got the ticket on December 29, 2014. The last name appeared on the notice for the trial is incorrect. Also, I requested a disclosure package and in the package the officer indicated my car colour to be grey, where as my car colour is Golden (Beige). Also, I've requested the Audio recording as part of the disclosure package and I was told that I may or may not get that. Also, the disclosure package shows my car as SUV, where as it a Van. I'm not sure if any of these mistakes are going to be helpfu...

Fail to Signal for Turn and Disobey Stop Sign - Fail to Stop
On Tuesday, July 16, 2013, my wife got two tickets at the intersection of Bur Oak Ave. and Mingay Ave in Markham. 1] for Disobey Stop Sign - Fail to Stop and 2] for Fail to Signal for Turn. I was thinking about going for option 2, Early Resolution to Meet the prosecutor to see if he/she can reduce the ticket to non-moving violation such as parking ticket or red light camera ticket. Does anyone one has any experience reducing their tickets to non-moving violation? Also, is it worth that try or I should not even even think about that and just go for option 3. Also, can someone please send me som...

failing to stop for a school bus
If I send the request again now, it will remind them to send me the package. Don't you think this will make my case little loose? Also, if I want to represent my wife in the court, what do I need to to do/say in the court? Do you think I should file for the stay as I haven't received the disclosure package yet?
Thanks

Failiing to stop for a school bus
My wife got a ticket for failing to stop for a school bus. We're figthing that in the court. We've requested the disclosure package and we're told that they'll call us to pick up the package. We never received a call so far and we have a court date in 3 weeks. What are our options? Under which section/sub-section of the highway act it mentiond about diclosure package? If we don't receive the package, can the Judge cancel the ticket? We're planning to fight on our own. What form we have to fill out so that I can represent my wife on my own in the court.
