Hi @nopeedlimit. Actually I had to call the Provincial Offences Court Office where they gave me the 800 number to call in. That was the only way possible.

*UPDATE* Hi guys so I didn't have to pay a reinstatement fee for my driver's license so that was good, and today I had my summons via phone call. I had to call the Provincial Offences Court Office where they gave an 800 number to call in as well as a numeric meeting id. I met with the prosecutor which offered me a speeding offence and said that was it the lowest she would go - since it was my first time. I agreed to it and then was placed on a 40min hold again. Then I was able to join the session with the judge where I plead guilty of the lower charge with a fine of $624 and 6 demerit points. ...

Got it! Thanks for the advice guys. I'll do that and try to negotiate with the prosecution to cut down my losses. My summon is until Oct so I have time do some research on my own.

Oh wow! thanks for that. It gives me peace of mind to know that jail time might not be considered in my specific case. Due to COVID-19 i'm out of business and my savings are limited. Don't think I wont be able to afford a paralegal, are volunteered paralegals worth a shot?

Hi guys! I'm new to the forum in search for some guidance. I'm from Brampton and this is what happened: So, I'm coming from Sauble Beach on Hwy10 with my wife and a friend, I'm passing near Shelburne and I see the chance to overtake 3 cars that were travelling at 80kmh or less but my purpose was to overtake one at a time (not all three at once). So I started with the first one when I noticed that there was a Dodge Durango tailgating me to do the same, but the space between the overtaken cars was only good for one car, mine. So I decide to step on the gas a little more for both of us to overtak...
