any thoughts or guidelines for this? can a stay be done day of trial or is it absolutely necessary to do the 15 day thing??

what happens if i default on the ticket? does it get screwed up in the system some how since it's the wrong driver's licence number and doesn't get applied, or gets applied to someone else's driver's licence? I think an incorrect driver's licence number is fairly significant...

I know it's been a long time but I had the court date in August with my 11b prepared. Turns out the charge was dropped because the officer was not present. The prosecutor called for the officer and once he realized he wasn't there dismissed all his charges, about 10 of them...

Well - Just got back from court - the prosecutor didn't even waste any time - asked to see my paper work for re-instating the suspension and immediately reduced the charge to driving with invalid licence + 200$ fine once he saw everything was in order. I was anticipating a lot worse - thank goodness...
