No validation on plate, use of validation not furnished for vehicle (section 12(1)(e)) and fail to surrender licence.

Ok, I made a few dumb moves with regards to my validation sticker. I have a vehicle that has an expired validation sticker from 6 months ago (work has been hard to come by and I'm having a hard time paying for the driveclean fees as well as a few parking fines). we had to junk my wife's car (that was in my name) so I took the validation sticker from that car and put it on mine. Well needless to say, I got pulled over and am now facing some kind of court action, as well as an addition fine for driving with an expired sticker.
