Careless driving +3 more tickets
So my mother crashed the car into a lamp post with my niece in the car. As a result she got 4 tickets: careless driving, failure to show drivers license, failure to show insurance, and child not properly secure. This was all issue after the fact base on the officers observation as per the disclosure. So question I have is...is it normal for the officer to black certain lines in his memo book regarding to the charges and is it normal for the JP to attach the whole please wait for file to load error message of adobe read to my disclosure? feels like they didn't include alot of the things I reque...

wouldn't the adjournment be his fault though thus not counted?niagararearend wrote: send representative to court on trial date - see if officer showed up, if he didn't then the charges will be dropped. if he did show up ask for adjournment based on the fact i do not live here hope that the next trial date is 6 months out and covered under the statute of limitations

Re: 143 in a 100 zone court papers mailed to the wrong place
So...since I didn't get any replies here I decided to go to the traffic courts and ask them what my options were concerning the above matter. They suggested I reopened my case which would negate the initial conviction and suspension (plus fees).
So now that my case is open again, would it be possible to file 11b? (15 months has past since ticket was first issue)

143 in a 100 zone court papers mailed to the wrong place
Hey bros, So...I got a speeding ticket about a year and three months ago in Barrie for doing 143 in a 100 zone, I requested a trial for the ticket and nothing happened until last week. That's when I received a letter from the Ministry of transportation telling me my License is suspended for unpaid tickets. So I go down to the court services area to inquire about whats going on and thats where I found out that I had a court date on January of this year. However, the address that they mailed the court date too is completely wrong for example if I lived on 502 dundas st unit 412 they mailed it to...
