Ok, i got a ticket recently.
the cop pulled me over, said i was doing 86 in 60km/h zone, and he said he will reduce it 75. ok, fine.
I check the street's speed limit and the actualy speed limit is 70km/h not 60km/h he wrote on the ticket.
Can this be a fatal flaw and have the ticket dropped?
