thanks so much. are you sure this is accurate? they just tell you to go home if you don't know the consequences

i have been charged with the following offenses and i do not know what the consequences of each are.
they are
use of validation not furnished for vehicle
use of plates not authorized for vehicle
drive motor vehicle with no currently valid permit.
any information would be helpful. thanks
