I was driving on a road way that was divided by a painetd line in the center. The sides of the road had no painted lines. On the shoulder sides, there was no effective shoulder and it quickly drop off into a steep near vertical three foot slope. Most of the sides of the road have collapsed and become either broken pavement and or the actual pavement runs down the hill for no more than a foot. At the bottom of the hill which is only about a two feet from the edge of the road is a rusty old farmers fence. As well the date of the offense was was almost two years ago. I have moved the date a couple of times. If convicted when does the demerits come off from date of conviction or date of infraction?

I was driving on a four lane road with a center turning lane. The road was going up hill for about a mile. There was a car in front of me about the same size and same color. Both of us were in the center lane. No one was in the curbside lane.
