$84 was deducted from income tax return.

Speeding ticket was issued 2001 or 14 years ago.

The monies sent was done 2 weeks ago.

Why now?

Any recourse?

You will need three copies of both those documents so that you can give one to the judge, one to the prosecutor and keep one for yourself.
