Parking ticket
Got a ticket overnight, my windshield was covered in snow. Had a handicap permit. Is there a good chance I can take it to court and dispute it or should I pay and get over it?

Handicap Parking Permit Question
Mines expires tomorrow, March 2nd 2017. I haven't been able to renew due to my Doctors being away for vacation til the 9th.
Is it still good for tomorrow? or does it expire right on march 2nd at midnight?

Based on your description of the incident, there won't be any witness statements, you'll get a copy of the testing instructions for the speed measuring device and it's not likely you'll get proof of the officers training and qualifications. by any chance do you know why I won't be able to get proof...
