The officer said he'd drop the "no glasses" charge if I take a vision test, but I just found out the testing centres are closed due to a strike!

Violation of Driving Restrictions (Corrective lenses)
I got a ticket for speeding, and then also got a ticket for not wearing glasses, but I've had laser surgery. I just hadn't gone to change it on my license yet. How serious is this (demerit points, insurance) and should I go to court?
