I changed my plates two days after I think I got nabbed. Is it possible I got away with one?

Red Light Camera with Out Of Province Plates
I think I was nabbed by a Red Light Camera in Hamilton but at the time I had New Brunswick plates. I tried to look up if the legislation covers out of province but couldn't find conclusive information.
