Hi Off_Camber

Congratulation, I just saw that you have won the appeal.

Can you explain me how the court looked at your appeal without transcript. Did they have their own transcript?

I sent my appeal form by mail. Now what should I do, just wait a response from the court?

Thanks

Nusrat

fight your ticket for two reason:

You can defer your payment until trial, and even if you didn't win trial, you can ask the Justice from 4 to 6 months to pay it.

You can get it reduced upto $40 before the trial for a pleas guilty.

When the officer stopped me, there were two emergency vehicle on the road. In the witness box he checked NO.

Is this a question, why didn't he use other officer as a witness?

Thanks for your help. But Can I argue in the court that I couldn't understand the direction of the officer. Thinking he wants me to pull over, I just pulled over.

Does that sound?
