Rules are way to extreme for these infractions. They are using the excuse that it teaches people to pay there fines but if they had even a touch of brains they would see that simple math would show a loss. Was pulled over and found out my license was suspended due to unpaid fines from may of 2011. I had asked my wife to pay the fines last year and she maintains she did but we have no proof and it was so long ago.
