so it is worth fighting for? do you think that counts as a fatal error since the ticket was for someone who was not present when the ticket was given. means the ticket was missing drivers name? [fatal error includes: Defendant name missing ] but then again all the other info: birthday, sex, drivers ...

HTA 182 (2) ticket
i am new to this forum so please bare with me.... i got a ticket today making a left turn where a left turn cannot be made from 4-6pm mon-fri. i got the ticket @ 4:30 when the officer wrote the ticket, does the ticket have to be in my name? my problem is that the officer place the name of the owners...
