Thanks, I called and they said ticket was quashed on April 19th due to an error on the ticket - I don't see it, but I'm not complaining!!!

I went to pay my ticket online and get a message saying"Offence not Found". The ticket is from March - shouldn't it be online by now? Does this mean I don't have to pay? It does say "the ticket has not been entered into the database but you can still pay by entering in the information...
