The fact that the officer got your car wrong is irrelevent. The fact that the no standing zone is in the morning only is irrelevent. The amount of traffic is irrelevent. So based solely on the officer's note. I will need to cross-examine his note against some facts to prove that it's not reliable. Would like to hear from you guys how i would do it.
