Re: Already got a roadside break... should I request trial?
Can anyone verify if delaying the ticket through trial would save me on insurance?

Already got a roadside break... should I request trial?
Officer reported I was going 77 in a 50 zone (showed me on the radar gun) and gave me a ticket for 65 in a 50 zone (he said it was no points and much lesser fine). I was glad about that part. What I wasn't glad about was that I almost never speed and I didn't even realize I was speeding because I wa...

Re: Asking for Disclosure at the trial?
I'm hoping to get a cop no-show.
I haven't motioned for an 11b stay yet. The trial scheduled 8 months away from the day of the ticket. I didn't send any letters right off the bat requesting to hurry the trial. do I have any chance with the 11b?

Re: Charged for Right Turn on Green Light
I was going North on Bay to Bloor. Is it too late to ask for disclosure from the officer (25 days left)? Is it worth it to do so? It's been about 8 months since the conviction, so I can't say what signs where there at that time. All I can say is that there was a "no right turn on red" sign...

Charged for Right Turn on Green Light
Charged with "Proceed Contrary to sign at intersection" last year for my right turn on a green light at Bay and Bloor downtown. I pleaded not guilty and my trial is on Jan 30. This is my first traffic ticket and I'm 22, Caucasian white male driving an SUV, so I'm not sure what to say/do fo...
