Hi, my fiance was riding his bike in downtown Toronto, and an officer gave him a $325 ticket for failing to stop at a red light. He didn't have a driver's license on him, and the officer wrong down his last name incorrectly (but got his correct address, birthday, etc.. ). From what I've read online ...
