You got pretty lucky getting dropped 40km on your ticket. I felt lucky getting dropped 2 in order to not get impounded. Do some more research, possibly just pay it. If you get amended back to 154, you're gone.

If X-copper can get one of the 2 moving violations tossed and or lowered then the $508 would be worth it. Otherwise you'd be slapped with full points and your insurance would definitely go up.
