Re: Aircraft ticket near Cornwall - Fight or no fight?
You had the same ticket as mine back to few years ago.
Same charge, same method used, same authority, same# of officer, same location.
If I can choose again, I will choose option 3 for the ticket without doubts.
I paid the ticket not because I committed to the violation, but my new job prevented me from taking a day off to visit the court.

Re: Received Disclosure - Have Questions
I was really hoping someone here had some advice for me. My primary concern is twofold: 1. My vehicle doesn't say "Subaru" on it. I believe this information was relayed back to the lidar officer after I was already pulled over 2. The distance from the time the lidar caught a car to the time I was pulled over by a separate officer is approximately .7km. How does the officer on the side of the road, sitting in his car facing the opposite direction, determine which car to pull over when the vehicle description is vague. #1 totally correct, the officer knows everything about your drivin...

Re: Please help find who's fault is this (dash cam video)
Im 99% sure car with dash cam is at-fault. For sure you saw the green light and saw the red truck making a left turn from your right other-side - which might be indicating no more cars going to cross from your left to right. However, every single time when you approach an intersection, driving through the green lights, a driver is responsible to observe the traffic conditions. For example, what if your music in car was too loud and not hearing or seeing an ambulance passing through the red light. Would you blame the ambulance? No. Ambulance has the right to cross all intersections without stop...

Re: $450 for parking WITH handicapped permit in standing zon
I think the words on all signs do not explain them well at all.
However, the arrows with one left, one right, explained it all.
So....it all depends which side you did park.
I would go for Option 3 and request a trial anyways.

You were heading South.
Which direction was the cop was facing when he parked to detect your speed?
