“Right Turn (queensway & 427 South)”

Turned westbound at Queensway and 427 South at 9.31am on April 7,2009.

Charged under Highway Act 144(9) Proceed Contrary Sign Intersection.

Any hope?

google maps - street view = shows a sign of "no right turns on a red light"
