Guys, I just won an 11b a few weeks ago. I just got notice that the crown is appealing. I was at only 5 months but with extenuating circumstances. I am due to be heard Nov 22.

Hello.
I'm from Ontario and am here to learn. I recently had a 4 pointer dismissed on an 11b argument. Now I'm wanting to learn about defending against the Crowns appeal. I received notice of it this week.
