Here is the update: Ive abandoned the case .After more than a year I cooled off .No need to throw more money and time, and try to beat them in their own game. Why risk to b...

Wow! 696 views it is getting out there. I want it to mention, (probably most of you know about it) Google Street View is an excellent tool .I could see the intersection, and I could virtually travel along the road -amazing! Tank you Simon. I did not know that at the time of the trial. At the city of Mississauga website they say the points can not be spared, in fact they can be. I should have taken that deal. I was so pump up that Im not guilty. The problem is that this occupies my mind and takes its toll.

Thank you for the post Simon The definition is for Heavy Vehicle , not Heavy trucks. "heavy vehicle" means a vehicle, including a bus but not including a school bus, as defined under the Highway Traffic Act, with a gross vehicle weight of 3,000 kilograms (3 tonnes) or greater Here is my po...

Thank you Radar for the comments. If your interpretation of the sing ‘Indicate right turn for service road only ‘ is rite ,then I have made my point on the trial . I have a single No Truck sign facing me ( out of the blue in the middle of the road) which prohibits me to go st...

The explanation for no truck sign is on a lamp pole 9 meter away from the sign, not under the sign. I could not find any regulation that govern those letter signs. Please share if you know.
