so apparently i should've asked for a first attendance specifically instead of a trial even though there was no option on the form for that. I called the court and they told me that and she said that its too late to request that and i've to go to the trial. so any suggestions now? do i meet the pros...

hi all,
i was driving my dad's car when i was caught by the red light camera in Brampton. My dad would've to take time off work to go ask for a trial and then go to one.
Can i represent him? if yes, what do i need to do?

it really depends on the insurance company.
