An hour ago, I got pulled over and car got impounded for 7 days and so did my license, I was going 185KM/H ( did not notice) I was in a rush to my friend to pick her up, the cop clocked me at 185 with a lazer... anyways right now what it looks like I have 1000$ to pay for the impound. After I get my car what will I do? I get my car in 7 days, I also get my license in 7 days. Im also a G2 driver And its my first ticket What do I need to know? What should I do? Thank you.

[URGENT/SERIOUS] Goin 185 KM/H on Highway (100 Limit)
Yawn. If Canadians were so dumb and lacked innovation, they wouldn't have done things like invent the light bulb (its inventors sold the patent to Edison), radiotelephone communication, the phone, kerosene, standard time, amplitude modulation, the Canadarm, sonar, the electric wheelchair, the electron microscope, cardiac pacemakers, the alkaline battery, lung transplants, Ebola vaccines, etc. Of course Canada also has a significantly higher quality of life and lower cost of living than the United Kingdom, but don't let that get in the way of your diatribe. Had you stopped with your arguments against Ontario's insanely low speed limits and ridiculous stunt driving law, most people would've agreed with you. If you were trying to change things, your post is unlikely to alter the way Canada does things if that's what you were doing (doubt it); if you were just trying to insult people, you only made yourself look angry and uninformed, as though you've lost your relevance to the world. Just for future reference, if you want to insult people, you may want to make sure that they're not laughing at you. As for being "sheep," I think jetblue covered that one. Good luck in your future endeavours.

Hello, people asked who you guys should use? if you want real help get a real lawyer, it might cost you 2k but I am sure it would be worth it, my paralegal didn't do *EDIT*, pretty much just showed up there instead of me and I paid them 1k, was bullshit... anyways a lil story haha, My friends brother was going on a sideroad highway, was going 180 and the area was aircraft patrolled, he got home, police showed up to his house picked up his car took his licence and pretty much gave him the same charges as I had lol. But im sure it would be different for him since he could prob get around it.

Way back in March of this year I was stopped for speeding, 86kmh in a 60 Community Safety Zone, on Mayfield Rd., on the outskirts of Brampton. (Aloa school)
My husband was driving my car and passed a school bus with flashing lights. He did not realize this until he was past the bus. The driver honked at him but there were no cops nearby and he didn't get pulled over. I believe the driver or witnesses reported this and we got issued a…
