I was in an accident after making a left turn onto a 2 lane road. Just before the side road I was on there was a valley to the right of the road I was turning onto. It was at night and I could not see any lights of vehicles in either direction. As I started onto the road a transport truck came out of the valley going 90k and struck my vehicle just behind the passenger door and push me 300 feet down the road. We both pulled off the road and waited for the OPP to arrive. I was charged with left turn 114(5) under the traffic act. I drove my vehicle home and had no injuries.
