Radar Readings
Are police officers required to give a copy/print out of radar readings showing how much are you speeding over the speed limit?

No
You can always ask the officer if you can look at the reading, but, as FiReSTaRT indicated, the officer doesn't have to show you anything. Some cops will show you the reading, but that's only happened to me once.
