I got my first traffic ticket yesterday on Allen Rd (I kept 106 km/h instead of 80 km/h). The Police Officer didn't write down any demerit points and didnt say about. Nothing. Total amount to pay is 122.5$.
What steps should I follow?:
1. To pay and forget about. What about points and my insurance history?
2. Don't pay and fight it. Does it make sense to fight? Will I lose more time and money?
Thank уou!

26 over carries 3 demerit points. Your insurance provider would probably consider it a minor offence, which may have a minimal impact on your rates. Contact your provider as each policy is different.
Hard to say if it's worth fighting the ticket without knowing how strong the case is and how much it would impact you. Speeding tickets can be difficult to beat, but you can pretty much always get the Crown to offer a reduced speed/fine in exchange for a guilty plea, though that probably wouldn't make a difference to your insurance provider.
