Hello,

I was charged with Speeding 30 over the speed limit and given disclosure. The disclosure says the following. It looks kind of vague to me. My charge number 0710937B but the disclosure says the following:

See 07109926B about setup and laser information.

98 Toyata Sienna Brown

Lead Vehicle

404.22 m

Cloudy, Dry Roads

Nothing else is given. What gives?

The officer probably has his laser testing times on its own sheet. Since he's on laser duty, he writes it down once instead of writing it down every single time he pulls someone over (which would be a lot). When they pulled up your disclosure, they missed the note. Request disclosure again and explain you're missing this information.

It's on track for a charge using a speed device. It's your car model (Toyota Sienna) traveling down the road as the lead vehicle. Others are behind you, not beside you, or possibly in front of you. Your speed was calculated at 404.22m (distance between your vehicle and the device). The conditions were cloudy, but the roads were dry.

Once you get the information regarding testing, this is about all you're going to get.

Was there something in particular you were looking for?
