I just received a notice in my mail regarding my Fail to yield from driveway court case. XPolice attended a hearing on my behalf on April 30th, 2010 and the following was my result:

Fail to yield from driveway: Withdrawn

Break it down for me, what does this mean?

Thank you in advance.

It means that the charge was withdrawn for whatever reason, probably because the officer didn't show or the crown wasn't prepared to proceed for some other reason. It's like it never happened except now you owe the agent his fee!
